I had the opportunity to see just how ballerinas feel but with just a tad of help from rope. My puffy black tutu skirt is perfect for this transitional training session. I begin with 1 leg stretched as high as it will go with my arms in a TK as it supports my weight as my body can get used to this position, I then am gagged with an OTM and nose bandana with my hair also tied up as I slowly spin as its the only movement my body can do freely but carefully. The next step to this training is pulling my other leg, removing the gag and still spinning slowly to show you just how graceful I am not on my feet. The rope, the skirt, the stretch, the everything feels so lovely. I think i'm ready for the next phase of my ballet practice, don't you think?
