I have woken up early excited to start my day but first things first. I must do my morning exercise and stretches. I do sit-ups, crunches, side sit ups and even planks and push-ups. I focus on my core and abdomen as I am hoping to keep my muscular stomach looking good after unexpectedly growing abs from hiking 2200 miles. Now its time to keep on working to keep these muscles and to show them off.
I hope to gain some thickness back in my ass and thighs but in the meanwhile, lets keep moving the muscles I have and keep them poppin.
