Day 1, Commit to workout regimen and stick to it.

What better way to workout than wearing only itty bitty hooters shorts and nothing else. Of course, balloon lover me has loons all over the place too. I am super motivated to work out and rechape my body after my grueling 2200 mile hike and I want to get my ass back and muscles back to where they were before I lost 20+ pounds. You will hear but not see the program I am following and it includes exercises my doctors said to avoid until my knees heal. I'm stubborn and the only way for my booty to get round again is to do squats, many many squats. Today's workout includes air-squats, side squats, air thrusts and calf raises and more. My the end of this 20 minute workout, I'm dripping in sweat and i'm glowing from the endorphins this exercise gave me. I really do think gyms should allow me to workout topless and barefoot, don't you? I mean, if i can bring balloons too, that is the gym id go to everyday:)
