Thigh & Shoulder Home (Sitting) Workout

I'm house sitting yet again but another home which comes with a bin of workout equipment. I have no clue how to use them but lets give this wheel thing a try. I follow the sheet for some guidance but I end up doing my own exercise regimen with it. I know its intended to workout legs but I find it works well for my arm and shoulder muscles too. My shoulders are super strong, why not make them stronger to hold you down when you are having a hard time breathing pleasing me as I imagine its your head wanting to come up for air but I need more. Want to come over and help me see if this exercise tool helped make me stronger or will you just sit in the corner afraid of my new found muscles?
