Public Garden Pump 2 Pop

I'm in London hanging out with a fellow balloon fan and his welcoming gift to me was this wonderful pump and some great balloons too. So at first I read some legal document that says I'm aloud to film in this public garden then I find a balloon to try this pump out for the first time. I pick a smaller balloon but that doesn't mean the pop is any less. I talk to you as I pump and pump and pump it up. As it gets bigger, more people and their furry things on a leash come into the park. I'm hesitant on pumping this balloon up too fast since I don't want to scare them and end up getting bitten so I talk and wait a bit till the leashed are a bit further away as I am determined to pump to pop this sucker. My arm sure gets a good workout and well, once this sucker does pop from too much air, the echo is so loud. A building is surrounding 2 sides of this park and the noise bounces off making the burst so loud I am amazed as you can see by my reaction. WOW..I thought I'd pop 2 balloons but this 1st one was so loud, I insist we leave and find another place to work on the 2nd balloon..so we dont get in any trouble for disturbing the peace. The last thing i need is to get arrested while visiting this wonderful place in the U.K.
