I am first gagged with the thickest over the mouth gag i have ever worn, tied tightly behind my neck. Pictures are taken from different angles. I am then taped down to the office chair and struggle for more pictures. the thick over the mouth gag is removed then several strips of duct tape is added over my mouth and chin and more pictures are taken. Lastly, the thick over the mouth gag is added over the ducttape gag for more photos to be taken.
