Exploding World in Empty House

Once he is done tormenting me, he walks away to let me suffer and almost drown alone.  The ropes do not allow for me to get out of the tub but to be n my own not to slip under the water again, but i fail.  I am doomed to drown but not without him coming back one more time holding my gagged pleading face under the water one last time.  Will you come save me?

Here I am yet again with 4 shoes and a bunch of things to keep them secured in my mouth.  Always the closed toe goes into my mouth but I have more ideas and more instruments to help me do so.  My ideas aren't completely thought out but i have a 100% confidence that my mouth will be full of the toe of these heals and beyond that, i gag talk once i have it secured to my face to tell you how i feel and how effective i think the gag is.  I use clear packing tape to keep one high heal in my mouth, I use nylons to encase my head and tie it tightly to my face and in my mouth, I then put 2 pairs / toes in my mouth and secure both of them with medical tape.  My favorite one this series is the twine i use to wrap and wrap and wrap the heal into my mouth very tightly.  I love the way this one looks and feels as i don't think I could've wrapped in any tighter and more further into my mouth. I talk to you before, during, and after each gag to tell you my honest feedback from each self gag.  In the end, i am smiling and ready for more..but first lets give my jaw and my red marked up forehead a break;)
